The Aging Workforce
As employees continue to work longer into retirement age, employers must deal with accommodating for the aging workforce. Presenters Gordon Coffey with Specialty Safety Services and Ian Chong with Ergonomics Inc. have been working with, and providing solutions for employers dealing with this growing part of the workforce. Together they present an in depth view of methods for successful inclusion of aging workers.
