Bilingual Translation and Education
SMART realizes the importance of communication in the safety industry. To address a growing Hispanic workforce, we offer clients the opportunity to work with a Spanish-speaking safety professional with ten years of experience in the construction industry. Our safety professional can provide bilingual training and education, help clients to bridge communication gaps with Spanish-speaking workers, and serve as a liaison between management and workers on many issues.
