Refund Policy
If you decide not to complete a course that you've paid for, SMART may be able to refund your payment.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online via your SMART login. Cancellations received after the 24 hour window may not be eligible for a full refund.
