SMART has reopened its Seattle Education Center!

For all classes, payment is due 72 hours in advance of the class date and any cancellation must be received within 24 hours prior to the class to have education fees fully refunded.

Employers must record injuries on the OSHA 300 Log of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses as well as the 301 Incident Report. Learn what is recordable, what is considered first aid, the posting requirements, calculating your incidence rate and confidentiality of records issues, and more!
