VENDOR & JOB FAIR, 17th ANNIVERSARY

Date: September 09, 2009

This year's Vendor & Job Fair was a great success thanks to the many vendors and attendees who participated! The event showcased a wide variety of products and services valuable to all industries - everything from outfitters and specialty safety products to translation and health care services.

In addition, in response to the economy, the Vendor Fair included a Job Fair. The SMART Association teamed up with the Workforce Development Council (WDC) to provide resources and one-on-one assistance to jobseekers who wanted extra help competing in today's job market. Our thanks to the WDC for participating in this year's event!

"The Safety Summit is a wonderful example of what can be achieved when employers, labor, and government work cooperatively to attain a common goal - in this case, the reduction of deaths and serious job-related injuries."
