Immigration Symposium to highlight employer issues
Date: January 20, 2009Employers can be liable for hiring undocumented workers even if they do not have knowledge of the employees' legal status, such as but not limited to I-9 form compliance and sub-contractor regulations.
The Immigration Symposium is a workshop that will provide assistance to employers who may be facing legal issues with undocumented employees.
