OSHA Comment Period Closes 1/22/09

The public comment period for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) proposed rule on Crane and Derricks in Construction closes on January 22, 2009.

According to OSHA , the comment period was extended because of the length of the original Federal Register notice, the comprehensive nature of the proposed rule, and the number of requests for public comment contained within the Notice.

All comments must be submitted no later than 1/22/09 and may be sent electronically to www.regulations.gov. For addiitonal information about submitting comments to OSHA, please click HERE
