Let us provide you with some information that may help avoid getting you into an audit situation.  It is important to understand how your business is classified for Industrial Insurance premium purposes.  What does the Department of Labor and Industries look at to classify your business?  What do they look at when a claim is filed against your account?

Once your account is referred for an audit, what should you expect to happen and why?  If you request reconsideration or appeal a decision based on an Industrial Insurance audit what happens during the process and what information is important for you to provide?
