Default At what height is fall protection required in the State of Washington?

Since this issue is one of the top 5 LNI citations, it is an important question to be able to answer.

In WA State, fall protection is required at 4 feet for open-sided floors and walking, working surfaces and 10 feet for roof work being performed on a low-sloped roof or leading edge work.
