Violence in the Workplace

This course is a must for every business. Violence, whether perpetrated by co-workers, strangers, or customers and clients, contributes to an unsafe work environment. Are your retail locations vulnerable to robbery? Are employees exposed to angry customers? Are there unresolved conflicts between co-workers? Learn the tools to identify risk factors such as these and develop a prevention strategy that works for your business. Course includes a workplace toolkit for developing an effective violence protection plan.
