Are your employees working on ladders and/or scaffolding? If so, are they receiving adequate training? Our "Train the Trainer" course will assist your supervisors with Ladder/Scaffold User Awareness Training. This course is also open to operators.  The course will cover the following:

• Safe ladder placement and use
• Proper ladder set up
• Inspecting ladders for defects
• Safe erection and use of scaffolds
• General requirements for all scaffolds
• Scaffold capacity
• Criteria for supported scaffolds
• Mobile scaffold requirements
