This session is designed to help you gain insights and key information about yourself & your employees through the use of behavioral assessments. By understanding different working styles and strengths, and recognizing various behavior styles, managers can leverage the talents of their teams, improve communication, and achieve higher productivity while reducing turnover. We will cover the types of assessments that are valid predictors of success to use during your hiring process and we will spend some time working with a behavioral styles assessment that improves individual communication, cooperation and productivity. Lynda Silsbee, Certified Behavior Analyst, uses her skills and experience to help managers & employees improve workplace relationships and productivity.
Fee includes a pre-session behavior assessment. Registrations must be received at least one week prior to class to include pre-session assessment.
