Erosion and Sediment Re-Certification

Phil Fortunato, ECO 3, and Allan Bakalian, HANSON BAKER LUDLOW DRUMHELLER,  have worked together on real stormwater issues involving various companies both residential and commercial.  This re-certification training is constructed based on past attendees feedback wanting to know more about the legal aspects of Stormwater issues.  Now you can get re-certified and get answers to your questions about personal and corporate liability and what you can do to protect yourself and your company from excessive fines, penalties and legal fees for stormwater violations. 

Re-certification is offered for of current certifications or certifications expired not more the six months (proof required).  Attendees may attend this class before their certification is expired to obtain a three year certification from the class date.

Class is offered for no certification credit to interested parties not currently certified.
